Q: How long are the sessions?

A: It depends on each child and each tutor but typically the sessions run a minimum of 45 minutes to a maximum of an hour.


Q: Where are the virtual sessions conducted?

A: Virtual sessions are conducted via zoom.


Q: How does online tutoring work?

A: Online tutoring is a great way to limit traveling and extra stress. You simply just log in from the comfort of your home via zoom and we do the rest! Our smart boards allow us to work out the problems for your child and show them a step by step method.


Q: How often do students receive tutoring?

A: This varies by student but most students stick to a schedule where they meet their tutor 2x a week.


Q: When and where do I pay?

A: An invoice is sent before the start of the week. Parents are responsible to make payments weekly or bi-monthly. Payments can be made via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal directly through our website.


Q: Is there a contract?

A: No contracts! We operate week by week


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations will be charged 50% of the class. However, we understand that emergencies can happen, therefore the first cancellation fee will be waived.
